Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
Atomic Reflection is operated by an independent individual developer (“Atomic Reflection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of Atomic Reflection at atomicreflection.com.
By creating an account or using Atomic Reflection, you agree to these Terms.
What Atomic Reflection is
Atomic Reflection is a reflection practice designed to help you record experiences, revisit previous reflections, organize Patterns and Memories, and notice recurring tendencies in how you think, choose, and react.
Atomic Reflection supports your own reflection. It does not make decisions for you.
Eligibility
Atomic Reflection is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.
By using Atomic Reflection, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Your account
Please keep your account secure and let us know if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
We may ask you to reauthenticate before sensitive actions such as account deletion.
You may not intentionally impersonate another person or attempt to access another user's account or information.
Your content
You retain ownership of the original Reflections, Memories, Pattern descriptions, notes, and other content you create in Atomic Reflection.
You give Atomic Reflection permission to host, store, process, organize, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the service to you.
You remain responsible for the information you choose to enter into the service.
Free access
Atomic Reflection offers a Free level of access.
Free users can use core reflection functionality, while access to some historical content and certain features is limited.
Older retained content may become hidden under Free access without being deleted.
Full Access
Atomic Reflection offers an optional paid Full Access subscription.
At launch, the available options are:
$4.99 USD per month
or
$49.99 USD per year
Full Access provides access to your complete retained reflection history and paid historical functionality, including Memories.
The price, currency, tax information, and renewal terms shown at checkout take priority if they differ from information displayed elsewhere.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Atomic Reflection.
Creem handles the payment transaction, invoices, applicable payment taxes, and related payment administration.
Atomic Reflection remains responsible for providing the Atomic Reflection service and supporting its users.
Purchases may also be subject to Creem's applicable buyer terms.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Full Access renews automatically on the monthly or annual schedule you choose at checkout.
You can cancel at any time. Your paid access will normally continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
After that period ends, your account returns to Free unless another active subscription applies.
What happens to your data after cancellation
Canceling Full Access does not delete your Atomic Reflection account or historical reflection content.
Some retained history and completed Memories may become unavailable while you are on Free.
If you later restore Full Access, retained paid history becomes available again.
If you want your information deleted, use the account-deletion feature rather than only canceling your subscription.
Refunds
If something went wrong with your payment or subscription, please contact:
support@atomicreflection.com
Refund requests are handled according to the Atomic Reflection Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
Approved refunds for Creem transactions are processed through Creem.
Export and deletion
Atomic Reflection provides tools to export account information and delete your account.
Account deletion is different from canceling a subscription and may permanently remove information associated with your account.
We recommend exporting anything you want to keep before deleting your account.
Some limited transaction, security, audit, provider, or legally required records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
Using Atomic Reflection responsibly
Please use Atomic Reflection lawfully and respectfully.
You may not try to access another person's account or data, interfere with the security or operation of the service, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, circumvent access controls, or use the service for unlawful harm.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address serious abuse, security risks, fraud, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.
Where practical, we will give notice before taking non-urgent action.
Reflection, not professional advice
Atomic Reflection is designed to support your own reflection, not replace your judgment or professional advice.
It is not a medical or mental-health service, crisis service, legal adviser, or financial adviser.
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Changes to the service
Atomic Reflection is an evolving product.
We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features and may change reasonable usage limits as the service develops.
Where practical, we will try to avoid materially disrupting paid functionality without reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
The Atomic Reflection software, branding, interface, design, and original service materials belong to Atomic Reflection or applicable licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Your original reflection content remains yours.
Availability and warranties
Atomic Reflection is an evolving service and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.
We cannot promise that using Atomic Reflection will produce a particular personal, professional, or decision-making outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atomic Reflection is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If consumer protection laws where you live give you rights that cannot be waived by these Terms, those rights continue to apply.
If Atomic Reflection's legal operating structure changes in the future, this section may be updated accordingly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Atomic Reflection evolves.
If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
